Supporter Amira raises over £1,000 for Equilore!

Amira started at Equilore because a challenging start in life meant she lost confidence in her abilities. Now, she has been supporting Equilore through a series of amazing fundraising efforts.

Throughout January, Amira set herself the challenge of walking 50 miles. This saw her going out in the dark every night in rain, snow and ice, even falling over once, but raising over £1,000!

As well as this, Amira has been hosting smaller fundraisers including a stall at the Chipping Norton Christmas Lights switch on and another at Chipping Norton Co-op, where she raised a further £50.

She also volunteered to pack bags for shoppers in return for a donation to Equilore at Co-op Chipping Norton. Many thanks to the team at the shop for supporting her fundraising ideas and putting some grant money in her bucket!
